3 weeks ago I submitted an orthodontist quote for my daughter's dental braces to bankmed, on the first of several follow up calls I've made to Bankmed, they told me the quote was approved and they'll send me the confirmation in writing at the end of the day, It's been 2 weeks now and I still dont have the approval letter, I have spoken, to Sindiswa, Bulelwa, Matthew and many others whom I can't even remember but no joy. Every time I call they keep telling me that the matter has been escalated, but seems like even the escalation of the escalation doesnt work. Help!!!
