Authorization request

On 2nd April i sent an auth request to Bankmed for eye therapy. Called bankmed and was advised the process takes 24-48 hrs, I excepted. I gave this a week and called again, was advised the documentation sent from optometrist was not correct, they needed a proper quotation (not amount per session and codes). communicated with optometrist, again requested for this docs. Called bankmed again, was advised that this was submited tothe relivent department for authorisation, again, this will take 24-48 hrs. Again i called a week later and was told yet again the doc was incorrect. So back to square 1, again went back and forth frm bankmed to optometrist trying to sort this out, eventually bankmed again said this has been submitted.1 week later again and I call bankmed and get the same story AGAIN. the optometrist then sends the docs on monday directly to bankmed cc'ing me on the mail.called bankmed today and am told no docs have been recieved, after checking e-mails again i'm told that this was recieved but not actioned because 'I' am to advise when an email sent. A month later and no joy still 'no codes or request they recieved' therapy is Saturday and i've only had .thank u BANKMED. 2 May today
