This is the 2nd instance where I have not received the service I expect as a paying customer.
The first instance was when I sent an email to the Enquiries mailbox to escalate my dissatisfaction with a chronic medication application that was declined. I sent the email on 20/12/2012 and only received a response on 08/02/2013. Although the medication was approved with certain conditions, I am not happy with the time Bankmed took to respond.
In the second instance, I sent an email to the Treatment mailbox requesting pre-authorisation for a procedure that needs to be done later this month. I sent the request on 04/02/2013 and to date I have not received the decency of a response or advice that the request is being considered. Please investigate and reply as time is running out and I need to make sure that all arrangements are made and in place.
Bankmed, this is not a free service you are providing. As a customer who is paying dearly I expect a professional service however at this stage it is far below anyone's reasonable expectations.
