I have had to apply for PMB authorisation which was supplied by my Doctor on 19th June 2013 and still unable to get a reply from Bankmed. I have phoned about six times and have had the team leader and another person from the call centre phoning me back saying that I would get a reply the following day. This was last week, and todate I have still been unable to get a response from Bankmed.
Absolutely unacceptable level of service and turn around time. They know how to debit on time for over 10 years but that is as far as it goes.
