Hi my wife was in the hospital from 14 to 18 August 2013, she find out she was HIV positive, a request was send to discovery medical aid, to approve for her to start taking ARV;s urgently, but till how i haven't receive any respond, I called medical aid on Thursday 29 August they said i was gonna get feedback next day, but till today i haven't receive any.
This is the matter of life and death if they take longer to approve the worse things gonna be for my wife, guys please take this seriously, She was suppose to start taking it two weeks ago
