When i booked this there was no mention that it had no elevators, when i checked in i was advised to go across to have breakfast, due to my mother's condition i made alternate arrangements for her to stay at and left for the night. the next morning whomever had stayed at the hotel had breakfast. when i got back i had breakfast where i was instructed to do so and continued this over the duration of my stay (my choices were all off the breakfast menu). I had booked in till Sunday, on Saturday night i was advised that i had checked out! all we did that morning was query if anything was owing, i was then booked into a single room after having already paid for a double bed room. later i received a call saying i was owing my bill at the restaurant as this is not part of the hotel All through this week I have been working and did not get a chance to follow up, they have been calling my parents' home at odd hours such 11.30pm., so i went back to the hotel and advised that this the instruction and i would pay the bill but should receive a voucher for the two breakfasts which were missed, the manager said 'no, that's not possible'. this is horrible service which i hope to resolve fairly.
