Every six months medication needs to be renewed

My wife suffers from hart and lunge disease and needs her medication to be approved by the medical aid every six months after examination and tests were done every six month. We have done all the tests needed for approval by the medical aid and all reports were sent. Still the medical aid says there are outstanding reports. I have spoken to chantelle one of the mangers at discovery and said she will sort the problem out, we are still waiting and have had no feedback. My wife is currently without medication due to employees at discovery not doing their work properly and in a time. They are not the person that is suffering by not having the medication on time. I am fed up with the bad service that we receive from the medical aid and would like someone at discovery to sort this matter out as soon as possible
