After having been given feedback from the callcenter that my son's mouthguard is covered by my medical aid under external dental procedures I have now been fighting for 5 months to get the amount refunded, although Discovery has confirmed that the consultant did indeed give me the go ahead and order and claim from medical aid. I have now spoken to 5 different consultants and have been promised this will be resolved soon, I received another email yesterday that the claim is rejected. Very frustrating but I will not leave this until I have been refunded.
