Joined the medical aid in 2008 DISCOVERY when started working for Sage VIP, I had vitality my status was gold. I live a very health life style. We had a Wellness day at Sage VIP on Wednesday 28 August, I wanted to check my vitality points and what is my status (as I was under the impression that I have been paying for it all this time) I have never claimed and have not even contackted my medical aid in 5 years, I got in touch with Discovery and found out that my vitaltiy have been cancelled by some one in my Hr department in 2010. This was without my knowledge. I was contributing to life cover for all these years even though I have exactly the same life cover through Sage VIP. This live cover kicked in 2010 automatically becaus I have the 5 year pay back integrated discovery. And I did not cancel or approve anything.someone made a big mistake and cancelled my vitality and the cause was that there is some sort of funny police when you do this the life cover kicks in automatickly. It has no detail in it and pays out to no one. Now Discovery health says call life and Discovery life says they will call me back, only to tell me I must call discovery health. No one is helping me from 28 Aug
