I have a issue with my wife's Gym member ship being ended for some false caculation on her visits
to the Gym, I sent vitality a email got the following ref number : 2971071992 logged on the 16/08/13
i specified i detail about my query 5 days wasted on a query with the incorrect response by a person :
Mohammed Areff i assume he is a team leader or supervisor however i do not think you read and
understood my actual query.
My issue is not with payment yes i missed a debit which i chose a option on one of an automated emai
received to debt me twice the next month, My gym membership is active yet my wife's states on a email
to her it is endded for visits not reached however i disagree with this as i know we have kept our visists
together up to date.
Can someone actually rectify this and stop wasting time so we all can move on.
