Here I go again with Vitality!! I logged my first query EARLY JUNE and I was told it would be resolved in 3-5days-the issue is I am not getting my cashbacks & vitality points on health foods. Nothing was done! I called again a week later and I was told the same thing. Nothing happened. I had a similar query with Discovery Card but they resolved my query end of June. The Discovery Card consultant, Jabulani, was very helpful and tried to help with my Vitality query when it wasn't his responsibility (thanks Jabulani, I appreciate that). Unfortunately his attempts were also futile. It's a MONTH & A HALF later and NOTHING has been done! Yesterday I went to the gym only to be told my membership will be cancelled because Vitality sent that instruction to cancel!! Why when my gym visits are in order, I pay my Vitality fee monthly AND I DID NOT send a cancellation instruction???
I am REALLY tired of your shoddy service. You cannot keep your word! You promise things you don't actually deliver on!!!
Can someone who knows what to do actually call me and resolve this now! Or should I take my complaint elsewhere? This is the SECOND time I have logged a complaint on Hello Peter for Vitality!
