Still no welcome pack or medical aid cards

I have now sent approximately 7 emails to try and receive my welcome pack along with my medical aid cards from momentum. I signed up at the end of July and they have had no problem debiting my account however I have no medical aid card or a welcome pack? Why does it take so long to receive these cards and why has no one contacted me?

I am very annoyed and disappointed
