Launch of an official complaint!!! I was in the process of completing a vitalitymobile contract and was asked to agree to the following: once my mobile devise has been delivered to me I have to hand out a copy of my ID to a driver to complete the transaction. I stated due to I am not willing to hand out any ID documentation to anybody. I was willing to email it to the relevant department even before the contract can commence but have been told that unfortunately this is how the application has to be completed. Consumer ACT for protection of personal data!!! I do not give out my details to a driver who for all I know might just copy my details and use them thereafter. (Fullstop)
