Cell c and you partnership with vitality mobile is a OF SHEET!!!
I recently took out a contract with cell c on a straight up 100 package withthe Samsung S4 (where the package included 100 free minutes 100 sms and 100mb data boosted to 1gb (900mb free)
after i received my phone and the contract was activated i enquired about vitality mobile, three different consultants told me that the and reassured me that the contract package would not change when i activated vitality mobile (ie i would keep the 1gb data, the 100sms, the 100 minutes) and i would receive an additional 100mb data boost and 480 free minutes to use to call other vitality mobile subscribers.
WHY WHEN I CHECK MY DATA BALANCE DO I ONLY RECEIVE THE STANDARD 100MB FROM CELL C AND THE 100MB FROM VITALITY MOBILE, AND NOT THE FREE 920MB DATA THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT???
