I have been using vitality mall for years. You now have to go directly to the supplier and fill in all your details with them. I have spoken and mailed Discovery re this inconvenience several times and it seems no one is prepared to explain why they are going backwards. I do not want Hirsch to have all my information that vitality already has. It is inconvenient and I would prefer to have this information limited to as few people as possible. The system worked very well before. Why has it changed? And why is discovery response so mediocre or are they just avoiding the consequence of their up?
