I contacted VitalityMobile multiple times about signing up to a data contract. On more than one occasion, I was offered a GIGA 20 package.
On 17 July, I contacted VitalityMobile, asked for the GIGA 20 package and was told it is available for VitalityMobile benefits. I then accepted the T&C. On 22 July, my application was filed. On 2 August, my application was approved. Then, after contacting VitalityMobile almost every day since then, I phoned them today. They now tell me that this package is not available for VitalityMobile members - over one month after I accepted the T&C and over two weeks after my application was approved!
VitalityMobile Sales has provided shocking service:
1. It took Jocelyn 3 working days just to submit my application
2. It took the credit department 2 full weeks to approve my application (after multiple follow-ups by me).
3. It took the sales department 3 weeks to then tell me that the package is not available to me (only after I asked them every day for two weeks!)
4. Promises to phone me back were rarely fulfilled: (received 3 calls since 17 July)
I cancelled my previous data package and have been without data since 1 August, waiting for VM.
