Some broker representing Discovery came to see wanting to sell me some more of Discovery's poor products. He proudly presented me with a print out showing me that I'm a vitality member on blue status. I said to him that it must be incorrect because when I joined my current employer I did not select vitality as an option, as it is a useless product for me. I then went to our HR department and requested the original application form, which clearly indicated that I don't want vitality. They also showed me on our HR system it is indicated that vitality was not selected. Now, I want all the money deducted for vitality for the past 5 years back from discovery, alternatively I will hand this over to my layers to pursue a case of, which based on the news stories in the press this week would be a walk in the park.
