No response after enquiring about medical aid

I dropped an enquiry on the BestMed website on Tuesday the 6th of August, requesting that a sales consultant contact me. On the 8th of August I received an email from Suzan Mnguni, asking for more information on what I was looking for. I proceeded to provide her with all the required inforation, and asked her what medical aid scheme she would best recommend for my needs. That was all done on the 8th of August, a week ago, and I haven't heard from her since.

Is this the kind of service I can expect from BestMed if I sign up? I haven't even chosen a policy yet and I'm already frustrated about the poor communication I've received from BestMed, and to be honest, I'm not sure If I will still be looking at BestMed for a policy. Which is a pity because your prices seemed very reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for.
