Confusion regarding medical aid

I am currently on the medihelp necesse since 01/03/2010. I didn't have any issues with the medical aid until this year. In June I found out the I was pregnant and contacted medihelp regarding this. I was told the the ICD code used by the referral network doctor would be used to activate the pregnancy option. I was subsequently referred to the gynae for my first visit of the 2 provided (as per necesse benefit schedule). I later found out that the gynae visit and antenatal bloods were not paid for. I was informed by a rather rude call centre agent that antenatal bloods (including RPR, HIV, Rh) where not part of antenatal care. I was also further informed that I need to provide a letter from my gynae saying that I was pregnant and the wrong ICD code was used. On a quick google I saw that the ICD code was correct. Now this information conflicted with what I was previously told. So now I am confused as to what to do and how to proceed since I was told completely different things on 3 different calls! The call center has been no help what so ever. Please inform me on my way forward and the procedure for pregnancy (not clearly outlined on your website)
