We maid a cash payment for my Wife's medical aid premium earlier the year, after this payment was made, we got telephone confirmation that the payment had been received and the medical aid wont laps, the month after that they deducted a Double payment of her premium of her bank account. since then we have been trying to have the double payment refunded or carried over to another month with no luck. We have sent proof of payments and had bank confirmations that the money actually had been payed to discovery. every time we Phone and sent all the documentation trough they say they will get back to us. until today no feed back and still no money refund not in a month premium or a bank payment back to the bank account.
