I have this week phoned in twice to get a statement from them for my medical savings plan. Each time they promise it is on the way but nothing happens.
Just phone the call centre again but they cant help me as I do not have my new card yet. My new card was posted to a post office that I never heard off before
The service is so non care it is scarey.
Just wonder when they will be placed under curatorship like their sister company Resolution Life.
