Resolution health is the worst medical scheme I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service, incompetent staff that has no clue on what customer care means, they promise to sort the issue out and get back to you but they never do. Every time you call the call centre you are given a different story by agents on why your request has not been sorted. After many phone calls, I was told that the only person that releases payment went on leave and there was no one else to assist. A shocker from an organization that claims to be one on the largest open medical scheme, only one person making payments WOW. I thank that I have never been in a serious situation that required support from Resolution health, I don't want to know how that would have turn up. I am done with you guys, all I want from you is to have the money paid into my account once and for all.
