Resolution suspended me on the 28/02/2013 without any warning for a non payment, but the monthly agreement is that I pay before the 7th of every month. I made the payment on the 04/03/2013 like I always do. After many phone calls (at least 12) to follow up during the month to different call operators the suspension still has not been lifted. I am a post kidney transplant patient and I cannot get my medication!!! I am on the Prestige plan! Except for the stress Resolution health is terrible for your health. Congratulations, once again, on being the worst medical aid in South Africa! I advise anyone to stay away from this medical aid.
