We have been with Resolution health for almost 2 years now. Within this time i fell pregnant and now have to deliver. When i went to go and book my bed i was informed that the medical aid has changed the scheme that i was on and now they do not cover the hospital in my town. We have to make a co payment of R3000. This to me is unacceptable. I then asked to move from one plan to another and my request has been declined because i did not request this at the end of December for this January 2013.
Pathetic. I refuse to pay the R3000 co payment as i have not been informed of these changes that was made.
