After my last complaint about Resolution Health I decided that I would give them a 2nd chance. I sent them my form for a new membership card so that it would say Resolution Health on it and not NIMAS and so that it would have the correct membership number on it without the 0 on the front but it is 2 weeks later now and they have neither sent me the card nor sent me any feedback about what is happening with the card.
I would phone them but last time I phoned about a problem their incompetent call centre staff were not able to help me.
I have another example of their incompetence. A person called Danielle Whitebooi sent me an email to confirm my banking details but she didn't even bother to check it because the banking details in the email were blank and I know that they definitely have my banking details in their system because I can see it when I login to their site. She is either lazy or incompetent but either way she needs to be disciplined.
I gave you a 2nd chance but now you have forced me to have to change to another medical aid. When I see the other complaints on Hello Peter then it makes me glad I am changing.
