I cant believe that you people (Resolution Health) would in actual fact my hard earned money. Why do I say this.
Well on the 1st of Feb 2013 I paid R1874.00 the account of Resolution Health. Thinking that all is good I carried on with life.
I then go to the chemist to get meds for my child and they (the chemist) said my medical was suspended??? I paid!!!
Then I phone the helpline and they said that my medical aid had been suspended since before Feb. So by taking my money you are!!!
How can you suspend an account with out notifying a person... cant you people use computers... who the did your Face Book page then???
The reason for suspension is (according to Resolution) because now my monthly payment is R3420.00???
HOW THE IS THAT POSSIBLE??? You are a bunch of thieving medical aid practioners!!! I will never use or recommend you to anyone who needs a medical aid!
