Dentist can't claim and using wrong bank details

I went to the dentist last week and gave them my medical aid details on my Nimas card because Resolution has still not sent me my new card. The dentist phoned me later and told me that she was unable to process the claim with my account number.

I sent Resolution Health an email last week Thursday but they still haven't gotten back to me.

I also phoned to change the bank details that they had somehow managed to up in the process of merging the 2 companies. They want me to go through a whole long process to change the claims bank details even though I want to change them to the same as the monthly contribution bank account. The worst is that I must fax the form to them in this day and age. They are the ones who up when migrating the data so they must fix it.

Their online member site is very simple and next to useless. They should give you more power like the ability to change your details or things like that.

If they do not pay the dentist claim I am moving to another medical aid because everything has gone wrong since Nimas merged with Resolution and Nimas used to be such a good medical aid.
