In January 2013 I send through a claim to Resolution Health, and received no response. I resent the claim several times, and also contacted them to make sure I have the right email address - still, NO RESPONSE. Last week Friday I send the claim through again, and contacted the call centre regarding my emergency hospitalisation on 5 March. The consultant told me to send this claim (for blood work done in hospital which the medical aid covered a ridiculous amount of R400) as she could not help me because she does not know why they only covered that amount. She assured me that I will get feedback within two working days, which - surprise surprise - did not happen!! I am now fed-up with struggling to get through to a consultant who can actually help me to get answers, and I'm sick and tired of waiting for a response.
