I have been struggling to get service from Resolution Health for quite a while now! I've sent through a claim to their claims department on the 5th February 2013. Like always I had to follow up so when I did so on the 25th Feb 2013 (after being put on hold forever!) I was told that the claim was not even captured on the system yet alone processed!!! After being transferred back and forth I was told to follow up again in a few days. (Not they will follow up and contact me, o no, I have to contact them again) So I phoned them AGAIN today (01/03/13) and was told AGAIN that the claim has not been captured, almost a month later!!! This is totally absurd and I am strongly considering to cancel my membership and to send them my telephone bill!!!
