I've tried numerous times with e-mails to Thandeka to please confirm what the status is of my claims that were send to them more than ten months ago. I also lodged a complained on Hello Peter on the 28th of April 2013, and still no response. Is there someone in Resolution Health that can assist with this. This is becoming ridiculous. Please can someone get back to me and explain what the problem is.
