Not getting any service from the claims department. Not paying for claims send through. Not phoning back with feedback from their side, after saying they would. ( Moagi, Lutimile and Lebo) Refusing to put me through to a manager! And all that after the Doctor also tried from his side to get the claims processed. Resolution health... what a nightmare!!!
