Terrible Service

My mother has been a member of Resolution Health for 7 years and the last 2 months we have had endless problems in sorting out her claims. With much effort and numerous phone calls and being on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes at a time, we managed to sort out her claims. NOW her monthly contributions have not gone off via debit order for the past two months. We have done direct deposits in Jan 2013 and Feb 2013, The Jan 2013 one which Resolution claims they never recieved! I e-mailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] on 7 Feb and asked to be contacted urgently. I have yet to receive this call and after phoning and being on hold again for 19 minutes, I was abruptly cut off. I would not recommend Resolution Health to anyone, in fact, I would discourage anyone and everone I speak to to avoid ever dealing with Resolution Health.
