Bad service and attitude

My daughter broke her glasses and they were still under warranty so had to change the frames, i went there on Monday and they promised to get them fixed by Friday latest. I then call them on Wednesday 29th May just trying my luck and a lady at reception told me they have them and they are ready for collection that afternoon. An hour later I got a call from a gentleman telling me, they made a mistake and they'll be ready and i must come and collect tomorrow Thursday the 30th of May in the afternoon. I then decided to call before I went there only to be told that they meant that they will be delivered by the courier late this afternoon and they will give me a call once they are ready. The lady at reception was so rude telling me they are only doing me a favour that I get the glasses fixed before 10 working days and all that. I'm the customer and now she is the one raising her voice at me, I had to ask if I can also air my view and tell her what i think about their service.
