I went to Alberton City Spec just because I got excellent service from them the last time. This time we are paying cash for my spectacles and now they just don't seem to get the payment. EFT was done and I was told that it was done by my company, who is paying for my glasses. Why does it take them so long after me calling them daily to find out if my glasses are ready and today that I am fighting they tell me that they are waiting for the payment. Could they not have communicated it to me the first day I called them. They keep on telling me that I can collect tomorrow. After the third time I call they only tell me that the payment was not done. I am not allowed to do my work because I do not have my glasses. O.H.A.S.A rep refuses me to go into the workshop. What kind of service do you get when you pay cash. Why did this not happen when I went through my medical aid the last time
