My dad has been to specsavers on the 5th of February 2013, and was informed within 10 to 14 days he'll receive his prescription and a free pair glasses, till date nil received, he has made numerous calls to specsavers and was told they will call back within 15 minutes when to fetch. This has not happened and its over a month. He's been promised his glasses was ready with the next few days but when he called it was not ready.
The consultant has always kept us on hold, and a deposit has been made already.
what sort of business is spec savers running. if u cannot provide a service do not advertise.
