Spec Savers Knysna has no idea what they doing!
After terrible service from all staff members! Most of them ignorant! They delayed in getting my glasses ready by more than 5 days! Which means I waited 10 days instead of 3 as mentioned initially!
When I received my glasses I went in to collect them and they were incorrect!!! I can't see out of the glasses they were supposed to have made for my eyes!!!
I have allowed them to re-test my eyes and hopefully the glasses will be ready in 3 days - that will then be 13 days later due to incompetence and the lack of knowledge is so eminent with every one employed there including the manageress Alison who has the worst customer service re pore.
If I were the owner of this business I would re think the staff I hired to represent my business! Shocking...
