On the 25th march 2013 @10.00 I had my twins ordering their spectacles at spec savers, the glen. I informed them that we needed the glasses before the school start. Last Monday I called to find out when the glasses would be ready, the lady who answered the promised to find out and called back, which she never did. Today, Friday, 5th of March at 10:00 I called again to find out when the glasses would be ready. Again, the answer was they would find out and let me know. At 5.00pm one of the assistant called me and informed that the glasses would only be ready on the 12th. I wouldn't have lost my temper if I had been informed that the glasses won't be ready before school, but three times I called and only now they responded and without even trying to confirm to me that the glasses would be ready before school starts. If on Monday when I called and they informrd me that those glasses would only be ready on 12th I would have made other arrangements. Really not a servive I would have expected from spec savers which have been my family glasses provider for a long time. This will be the last time they see me.
