I went to specsavers The Glen on 9.01.2014 for new glasses, after waiting for more than an hour to be seen to I was told that my glasses would be ready within 7 to 14 days. I called the store on 18.01.2014 and was told that my glasses would be ready by thursday 23rd 2014. I called the store today and I was now advised that my glasses would be only be ready by saturday. Why was I told that the glasses would be ready by today if they wouldn't be? When I vented my frustration the lady simply said "sorry" and then said they would be ready tomorrow (Friday). Why change the date/day again?? Get your story straight and give the correct info to clients!! Don't change your tune because the client is upset, fix the issue! Don't make your internal processes your client's problems.
I have never had bad service from you guys, great way to kick off the year by ping of a client.
