My car went in on 9 May and I was informed the work would take a week. I went to collect my car on 21 May expecting it to be done. Chantal informed me that the car was not ready, I requested to see the progress on the vehicle and had to wait over 30 minutes to see my car, once I saw it, it looked as if a few parts had just been taken off to make it look as if work had been done on it. I was then informed that I would get my car on Friday 24 May. I would call to find out if I was getting my car and informed we will call you back which did not happen, eventually I went to the branch and the car was still not ready and I was yet again informed that it would be ready the following week, this time it would be ready on Wednesday 29 May. I went and had a look at the car on Monday 27 May as well as Tuesday 28 May, when I went on Tuesday; I was informed that the car would be ready on Thursday 30 May in the afternoon, it was agreed that I would only be able to collect the car Friday 31 May, we agreed on 08h00. When I went to collect the car this morning they were still working on it, thet informed me to come back in 1 hour, I returned after 2 hours and they were still working on the car.
