Terrible Service

On 04 February 2013 I popped into Spec Savers to make an appointment,
They accommodated me immediately as it was early on Monday morning. I had had my eyes tested and frames chosen before 10am.
Then the first hiccough - NO connectivity for their CC/Debit card unit.
I was walked over to Exclusive Eyes where my transaction was partially Processed (as I have a limit on my card), I then paid the balance in CASH for my glasses, etc. I was told that my new glasses would take approximately 5 days!!! I would only receive my invoice on collection??? (VERY ODD PRACTISE!!)
Its now exactly 2 weeks later, I am R2100 out of pocket for my glasses which I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I have phoned numerous occasions, as well as having gone into the store.
I will NOT be wasting my petrol, or running up my phone bill to constantly call and check when my glasses have arrived. This is shocking service, and I doubt that I will ever make use of Spec Savers in the Future.
My previous experience with Torga Optical was a pleasent one, and I had my glasses within 3 working days!!
