On the 10th of April I was admitted to ARWYP hospital for my second op in Ward 4C to be precise and the admitting lady, not a nurse, was Martha. Before being wheeled into the theatre I asked if she could make sure that I have something to eat on my return as with the first op when I came back to the theatre I was starving and had to ask the nurses for something to eat which they managed to organise and didnt want the same scenario to repeat itself and just to make life easier for everyone. I suppose that sparked a sense in Martha that I want to stay forever as on my return from the theatre, still all dizzy from the anesthetic, she felt duty bound to tell me that "you have been discharged" and with utter shock on my face, I asked her " how could I be discharged now when I am still dizzy and one of the assistants there had to help me make my way to the bathroom as I couldnt on my own - pity I forgot her name as she was so patient with me and deserves recognition for that. Anyway Martha responded by saying that it doesnt mean that I am discharged right there and then, couldnt she wait until I am fully awake. Anyway the doctor came that evening and told me I could leave the next day.
