I am very very upset. As my brother was admitted on 9th of March 2013 as he try to commit suicide. We have told everybody main nurse, doctor, security. everyonetold them to please check on him as he is in a bad state and he will want to walk away if he gets the gab. Everybody told us we must not worry as they cannot go out of the ward as you look the gates as well. I felt at ease. On my way to the hospital yesterday the 11th of March the hospital phoned and said to my mom that my brother is nowhere to be found. How can the hospital let this happen someone that tried to commit suicide and you promised us we must not worry about it you will make sure he does not go out at all. We put my brother's life in your hands. After we have been so stressed and drove all around Boksburg to find him. We eventually found him and was told that one of your nurses ask him while he was in the ward to take medicine to a patient that was released that forgot his medicine to him while he was already down the stairs. And the nurse ask my brother to please come back. then a nurce phone us asking us to pls come sign my brother out as they will get into trouble if we do not sign. it is the hospitals fault...
