Hospital Mistake Payable by Patient - UNETHICAL

CHARGED 30% EXTRA FOR LIFECARE WILGER'S MISTAKE AND I MUST PAY!!!
I was admitted to hospital on 1 July 2013. My operation was scheduled for 17h00 on Monday 1 July 2013. The sister on duty told me at 16h45 that I will not be going to theatre on the Monday and that I may have a meal since I have been fasting since the previous Sunday. My operation will then be scheduled for the next morning, Tuesday 2 July 2013 at 10h00. On Tuesday morning at 10h00 I was still in the ward and asked the nurse when I will be going to theatre and was told they will fetch me "now". At 11h00 I was relocated to the theatre reception hall and remained there until 12h45. The hall was extremely cold, uncomfortable, frustrating and NO ONE "CARED" AT THE WARD during the 1hr45min. There were patients that came in 15mins, 30mins, an hour, an hour after me and went to theatre before me. I should raise my concern that this concludes unethical behaviour on Wilgers Hospital Life Healthcare's part in terms of charging me extravagant amounts unnecessarily through the anaesthetist. WHY AM I CHARGED FOR UNSCHEDULED AND EMERGENCY REGULAR anaesthetic procedures of R2300 when it was supposed to be about R1605???
