VERY SLOW RESPONSE BY HOSPITAL STAFF

I was bitten by a spider & went through to Arwyp Hospital- when we got there I went to sit down while my wife spoke to the admissions lady. The lady didn't ask my wife what the problem was; she just gave a number & asked us to sit. After at least 45 minutes waiting the nurse called me - she was surprised I had no file as my wife was waiting for the receptionist to call her. She said the doctor was busy & had no cubicles available, she asked me to go back to the waiting room - we complained & asked why didn't they ask what was wrong when we arrived? But no reply
Finally we got a file (by a different receptionist) and about an hour later we were called in that there is an available cubicle. About 15 minutes later the doctor came to see me and gave me an injection a prescription and off we went.
My complaint is that this new system they have implemented just doesn't work. We got to Arwyp at around 19h00 & discharged at around 21h30. I have previously been to the Trauma unit and was in and out of there in less than 35 minutes. My other concern is that I shudder to wonder what would happen if a poisonous spider bit me?
If a new system is to be implemented, make sure it works
