Service with a smile gets frowned upon

I was a patient at Millpark hospital yesterday (31 August 2013) and received the most shocking treatment I have yet received at any hospital in South Africa. So lets start with the where and what: Section 3 Ward 6
On arrival I was ignored by 3 of your reception staff and after 5 minutes after I asked what is going on I was rudely told without a how can I help you, with out a good day, without an apology to go there pointing to ward 6 and a I will deal with you later from the nurse.
No I don't know how you can justify behavior like that?
The gown I was eventually given was patched and from then on I was basically ignored, no communication, no updates nothing
At 4:30pm my wife got hold of a relationship manager that came around and basically blamed the theatre for everything upon telling her that her attitude is unacceptable she walked away and loudy proclaimed " Whatever"
Upon discharged I discovered this morning that I was given another patients medical report, CT scans and supporting CD which in my book is a huge breach of patient confidentiality
So tell me is this how a private hospital treat its patients?
