I have been struggling with Furnmart Springbok, Northern Cape, for years now. First it was the base of the bed and up until now, it was not replaced. Then it was my stove, Defy, only came once and never again, problem still exist. Lastly, my Television, it was collected and up until now nothing has happened. Everytime when I got at Furnmart, then theres a new stock clerk working and it happened for months and months turn into years. The other day they called me and said that their Area manager said that theres nothing they could do as it is been so long. How can a manager say that. What about the tv that they collected and that's fully paid, what about customer service?
