I purchased a chair from Decofurn called the Emma Wooden Leg Chair about 1 year ago. It arrived with no screws and no manual. I called multiple times and was told it will be sent to me. It's been a year and still nothing. I called recently and was told that I need to pay R99 for shipping so they can send the screws to me?? It was their fault for not sending me the screws so why should I pay??
I have had no luck and was told by Michelle (in the call centre) that she will give me the size of the screws so I can buy it myself!!
