I previously complained about my TEK stove bought from BEARES. They replaced the stove with a brand new one. But no difference, still poor quality and problems from the day of delivery. I received the stove end of August. First day I received the stove, I wanted to use the oven, oven light not working on brand new stove! The heat settings is still very inconsistent, you need to turn the knob to 4 before the pilot light comes on. so you basically have to cook on settings 4 to 6!! The handle on the oven door gets so hot when the oven is switched on, they might as well do without a handle on the door! The stove plates is already showing signs of rusting. The branch manager says he has informed the regional manager about this and the only solution for me is to buy the DEFY stove of R4800, 00 which means I must pay in the difference of R1800, 00. I am not going to pay in the difference of R1800, 00 because you sell stoves. Either replace this TEK stove with a Defy stove or Refund my R3000, 00 and I will buy the exact same DEFY stove you are selling for R4800, 00 for R3200, 00 from another supplier.
