I have been through several bad experiences where I can write a book. Being in the service industry for many years I have also seen all levels of bad or no service to the public / customers. For the last couple of years I doubted that there is any good companies out there that delivers and provide good customer service - especially after sales service. Well, DEFY (Directors, Management & Staff) - Huge Thank You for your excellent service and attending to my issue after sales experience with my stove. I emailed my issue from your website last night late due to having a busy day to day schedule and expected by default late or maybe no response due to my past experience. When I checked my mail this morning at the office I was totally stunned as there has been a reply already, short while after a phone call with reference number on email to follow. Hour later someone was at my home and attending to my issue with my stove. I have tested my stove and I am extremely happy and proud to have DEFY products in my house again! Your product is excellent as I have several DEFY products and will strongly recommend DEFY products!
