We bought a Defy Eco fridge in January 2012. In January this year we started experiencing problems with the handle and the rubber which didn't seal. Defy sent Ashley, the technician, out who said that there was nothing wrong. He then came back and replaced the handle. Three months later - same problem. Door and handle have now been replaced - no change. They are now going to order another door and another handle. Quite frankly, I think that they should replace the fridge. How many more problems are we going to have if its like this after 1 year! Fridges last for YEARS without giving problems. This one was clearly a lemon. I am shocked to see that Defy doesn't respond. What happened to caring about your customers!!
